You can be going all out, riding a wave and along comes….. DOUBT!...aka the destroyer, the derailer, the dampener of all that's good energetically. It's hard to keep the momentum going when DOUBT puts in an appearance. So, what to do?

To begin, take note. Expect it. Notice that Doubt has shown up once again. Stay aware and awake to the presence of Doubt and then become doubly determined to stay on track regardless of the presence of Doubt, fully expecting that as you recommit Doubt will fade.
