Are your expenditures in alignment with your life's goals?

Know your top values: prioritizing, comparing, choosing between options. This is a lengthy and provocative practice. If you don't know how to do it properly send a request and we'll guide you.

What are your top 5 values?  These 5 will shift over time but know what they are today.  This focus helps to clarify your most important goals.

Now the stage is set to begin deconstructing your money beliefs.  Money is energy and everyone has their head chock full of ideas about money.  It's through transactional proceses that money has its role.  In the transaction we can calculate inflow and outgo of energy.  Begin the first practice by considering what you give up to exchange for cash.  As an example let's consider calculation of your hourly wage.  Do take into consideration time spent preparing yourself for work, wardrobe purchase, transportation costs and commute time, wind down time, recuperation time, sick time for job-related injury/stress factors, etc.
